Possible Problems in Roller Machine System Operation

It is always the case that the operator controls the stable flow position of the roll press feeding at about 80% of the warehouse weight according to the specifications. When the warehouse is found to have a downward trend, the feeding quantity will be increased immediately, but it is often too late, and the small warehouse will be emptied in tens of seconds. Similarly, when the warehouse is found to have an upward trend, it is too late to stabilize the warehouse by reducing the given pressure and increasing the opening of the inclined insert plate. The small warehouse will burst in a very short time, so the roller machine can only run in an empty warehouse for a long time. The material is directly impacted by the extrusion roll by the feeding belt. The gap and current fluctuate greatly. The vibration of the roller machine is very large, which causes a series of equipment damage and affects the work. Extrusion roll bearings have serious exfoliation of outer ring roller track, unstable feedback pressure of extrusion roll, frequent damage of accumulator bacterial valve assembly, breakage of universal joint, frequent breakage of frame bolts of roller machine, frequent breakage of the torsion support rod and a series of abnormal equipment damage during normal service life. The current of the driving motor fluctuates in a wide range of 22-55A so that the continuous cake cannot be formed, which makes the output of the cement mill extremely unstable.

After a systematic analysis of the process and equipment, the following problems are initially identified: 

1) Serious segregation of materials in the weighing bin results in the out-synchronization of the speed of material passing along the axis of the extrusion roll; 
2) There is no stable and continuous warehouse pressure in the weighing bin, which can not meet the supersaturated operation conditions of the roller machine; 
3) The automatic feed adjusting device self-contained by the roller machine has design defects and cannot adjust the opening of the inclined insertion board to control the feeding amount at any time. 
4) The extrusion roll hydraulic correction program has not reached the optimization matching with the actual operating environment.
